Foggy Days
Look at this thing. I have no idea what he is. I'm assuming he is some species of moth that I've never encountered. He plastered himself on my hotel room door this morning and I had to take a photo. If anyone knows his genus or species, please let me know. I will repost.
This wasn't the only thing to greet me this morning when I woke up. The entire harbor was covered with the most glorious fog I have ever seen. I understand why the Chinese are so famous for their landscape paintings. They have an amazing wealth of material to draw from. Since the blog is working again, Gina told me to include more photos. I'll do just that.
The fog comes on little cat feet
It sits looking over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.

I find it amazing that the workers at the job site get to look at those spectacular mountains everyday behind the piles of rebar. They don't seem to take notice of it much. With as overcast as the weather has been, I wasn't surprised when it started to rain. All my coworkers and I took shelter under one of the giant cranes we've been using to move the equipment around. It made for an interesting time. I got into a chat with them using my writing method and discovered that
this bay is swimming with many, many types of different fish. A few of the guys were bragging about their angling prowess before the rain ended. It is a pity I get seasick. It would be neat to see what I could pull out of this harbor.
