I had the opportunity to witness something wonderful today. As I was working at my customer's place, I stepped outside to get something from my car and was greeted by these animals. A flock of Canadian Geese decided that their parking lot in New Jersey would be a good place to take a rest on their migration. I don't get to see these magnificient birds up close very often, so I took five minutes to grab my camera. I was stunned at how little fear they displayed as I walked close to them. These wild birds allowed me within 3 feet of themselves before they started to take a defensive posture. They didn't seem to care in the slightest that I was around. They were far more interested in grazing in the nearby grass. It was a joy to experience.
